Jeymi Peets is a versatile and driven individual whose life is a harmonious blend of scientific curiosity and artistic passion. As an enthusiastic STEM advocate with a fervent aspiration to excel in medical sciences, Jeymi is on a dedicated journey of research, learning, and achievement. Her unique combination of bilingualism, educational achievements, and creative endeavors forms the tapestry of a remarkable individual. The Ministry of Youth Empowerment agreed and in 2021, she was named one of the St. Kitts & Nevis 25 Most Remarkable Teens and chosen as the Most Promising Teen.

Jeymi is currently a Platinum Loyalty Brand Representative for The Cable, where her bubbly, fun loving personality helps draw customers into the leading telecommunication provider. Fluent in Spanish, she often helps the company bridge communication divides to ensure that all customers are well taken care of. Outside of work, this energetic fireball loves dancing, swimming, sewing and spaghetti! But don’t let her jovial disposition make you think that she is all fun and games because, professionally, Jeymi intends to continue to build on her love for natural sciences towards pursuing a career in medical sciences, specifically in the area of Orthodontics.

A woman of many layers, Jeymi has made an indelible mark in various spheres. Her role as a Peer Support Officer and Survey Administration Technician at The Science Technology Research and Work Study (STRaWS) showcases her dedication to fostering academic growth. Her volunteer work with the SAFE Program demonstrates her commitment to uplifting her community by supporting the educational journeys of others.

Her passion for dance finds expression as a Dance Instructor at Poise SKN, where she nurtures young talents and imparts life skills through dance. Her dedication to her craft and her students is evident in the accolades she has received, including the Director’s Award from Poise SKN and her victory in the National Carnival Dance Competition which afforded her a spot on the Federations delegation to  Trinidad and Tobago for  CARIFESTA 2019. Jeymi’s passion for performing arts and pursuing creative excellence, Jeymi is popularly known for her fire dancing and firebreathing skills as well as her incredible flow and strength in Aerial Dance.
